Purchasing
We are selling premium product and are not competing with your local grocery store offerings. Our animals are forest raised and grain fed with the utmost care taken to ensure fantastic flavoring. We take special care in furthering our breeding programs by selecting the best genetic characteristics to carry forward in the coming generations of our animals.
Pork
We raised our first three barrows and processed the first two; the pork tasted absolutely delicious and we're thankful for the raving reviews we've received thus far. Our first sow is a Hampshire/Yorkshire bred to a registered Hereford boar, and her litter turned out fantastic.

The buyer is responsible for all processing fees and will have a cut sheet to choose how their pig is processed.

Feeder Pigs
Our gilt birthed a litter of piglets (five males and four females) on September 10, 2023, and we are offering feeder pigs for sale at the price of $125/piglet.
Their lines include:
Mother: 3/4 Hereford and 1/4 Tamworth
Father: PD: 3/4 Yorkshire and 1/4 Hampshire aka a Blue Butt.

We plan to wean the piglets at eight weeks (o/a October 5th), and unless otherwise requested, we plan to castrate all of the males.

Goat
Coming Soon - we are currently growing our herd to ensure we may reasonably accommodate customer demand. We hope to offer goats for sale in 2024. Our current plan is to offer pricing options for either a whole or half goat.
Poultry
We completed our chicken house and our egg layers are thriving in the chicken house. We installed a First Flush to filter the harvested rainwater and flow that to the IBC tote for continuous fresh water delivery to our beloved chickens.
We offer farm fresh, pasture raised eggs and whole chickens.

Cornish Cross Meat Chickens
We are now taking orders for Cornish Cross whole meat chickens!

After successfully raising and processing our first batch in the Fall, we are continuing to grow top-quality Cornish Cross meat chickens! They will be ready for the table/freezer by early June and we plan to continue to grow additional birds monthly. The first batch received raving reviews, and we are looking forward to more of the same through 2024!
Livestock Guardian Dogs
We started with a purebred Great Pyrenees male and two females, each with a Great Pyrenees and Anatolian Shepherd mix. From our first litter, we also kept a pup to add to our LGD crew. With a heavy predator presence on the property, our LGDs have done a fantastic job protecting our herd of goats across two paddocks, one for the bucks and the other two for the does. We are breeding the females and will raise the pups in the perfect environment to prepare them for their future LGD responsibilities - on the farm! We kept one and sold the remaining of the first litter (total of 8 puppies) to work other farms, and our customers have provided great feedback thus far. We may have another litter of pups coming soon so stay tuned for more details!

Sparrow delivered eight healthy puppies on January 2nd. They are 1/8 Anatolian Shepherd. They will learn their LGD responsibilities from their mom in the goat's paddock, and if requested, we may expose them to chickens. We prefer to keep them until they are eight weeks old (February 27th), but if they are doing well, we might release them as early as six weeks. We will give the pups their vaccinations. Please let us know if you are interested in a reservation.
We priced them at $350 each.
